Safety & Emergency Information

In the event of an emergency

Students will be moved to a safe area on the church property.  In the event of a fire, children will be moved to a safe exterior area.

All of the entrances to the building are locked during regular class time for safety.  Please use the west entrance only for drop-off/pickup.

In compliance with the Clean Indoor Act, smoking is forbidden on the premises.

Cell Phones

In keeping with area school policies, cell phones must be turned off during class.

Electronic Devices

No ipods or other gaming devices are permitted to be used during class time.

Change of address/email/phone number

Please inform the office if there is a change of address, email, or phone number so the office has accurate records.

Noncustodial Parent Rights

At the time of registration, parents will advise the Faith Formation Leader of the custodial and non-custodial parent’s rights of each child from a divorced family.  In the case of split custody where one parent will not bring the child/ren to religious education on his/her custodial weekend, arrangements can be made for the child to make-up class work.  In this case, as long as work is completed, such a custodial arrangement will not have a detrimental effect on the child’s attendance record.
